HR & Recruiting Coordinator

This position is perfect for someone who wants broad exposure to human resources and thrives in a
dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll help us attract world-class talent while creating exceptional
experiences for both candidates and employees.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Support (50%)

  • Recruiting Coordination
  • Coordinate the full interview process from initial screening through final interviews
  • Schedule interview logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) current
  • Post jobs across multiple platforms to maximize reach
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the
  • hiring process
  • Create a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects the Qumulo brand
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking key metrics

People Operations Support (50%)

  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation and first-day
  • logistics
  • Serve as the primary onboarding point of contact, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and
  • prepared
  • Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, and final paycheck coordination

HRIS & HR Operations

  • Maintain our HRIS for all employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure employee electronic files are accurate, compliant, and updated
  • Assist with HR reporting and audit requests
  • Handle employment verifications and respond to initial unemployment claims

General HR Support

  • Provide information, guidance, and direction on HR policies and processes to employees and
  • managers
  • Assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all employee matters

What You Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, benefits, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service mindset focused on creating positive candidate and employee experiences
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Bamboo HR, Workday, ADP, or similar)
  • Tech industry or high-growth startup experience

Work Environment

  • Location: Onsite in our Seattle HQ 4 days a week
  • Flexibility: Some extended hours or weekend work may be needed during peak hiring periods or
  • company events
  • Travel: Occasional travel for company events or recruiting activities (up to 10%)
  • Collaboration: Regular interaction with employees and candidates at all levels of the
  • organization

Key Benefits

The annual pay range for the role is USD $57,000.00 - $68,000.00.

Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time. U.S. based employees have access to healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays, among others.
