About the Position

Qumulo is a fast-growing, innovative company with people-focused leaders, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring we attract and hire exceptional candidates. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution—you'll own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close, while partnering with business leaders to drive hiring strategy.

If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and take pride in delivering outstanding candidate experiences while raising the bar on talent quality, let's chat!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define and drive hiring strategy, goals, and processes.
  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process globally, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute passive sourcing strategies, leveraging social platforms, professional networks, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process, building trust-based relationships and understanding candidate motivations.
  • Promote Qumulo’s employer brand and ensure a compelling and consistent message to candidates.
  • Manage workflow and communication through our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Advise and consult with hiring managers on best practices, hiring trends, and market insights.
  • Partner closely with People Team colleagues to support hiring initiatives and business needs.
  • Lead and/or participate in initiatives and projects to improve and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Utilize data and industry trends to refine sourcing and hiring strategies, ensuring diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS sales recruiting (strong generalist recruiters are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong technical fluency—able to engage meaningfully with engineering and data science talent and assess technical competencies alongside hiring partners.
  • Proven ability to optimize recruiting through technology, data, and workflow improvements.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities with precision.
  • Skilled at coaching and influencing hiring managers with credibility and insight.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments and making sound decisions with limited information.
  • Passionate about data-driven recruiting and continuous improvement in quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Experience with modern ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gem) and integrating AI tools into recruiting workflows.
  • International recruiting experience is a plus.

The annual pay range for the role is USD $135,000 to $165,000

Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time. U.S. based employees have access to healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays, among others.

At Qumulo, we are building an open and collaborative culture where people can do their best
work, with customers as our magnetic field. We act as owners, we share by default, and we are
data-driven and experimental. As an inclusive workplace, we welcome and celebrate multiple
points of view because we believe diversity drives innovation.
